Smart Led Zone is an individually operated platform based in Pakistan. We provide firmware and BIOS dump files for LED/LCD TVs, laptop main boards, routers, and DVR/NVR security systems, along with related technical information and content. Some files are made available free of charge, while others are offered as paid downloads, as described in Section 3 below.

The Site and its original content (excluding third-party firmware and BIOS files, which remain the property of their respective manufacturers), features, functionality, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive property of the individual owner of Smart Led Zone. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without express written permission.

Firmware and BIOS files on this Site are provided either free of charge or as paid downloads, as indicated on the relevant product or file listing, for informational and technical support purposes.

• Free vs. Paid Files: Where a file is listed as free, we do not charge for it. Where a file is listed as paid, access is provided only after payment is completed as described in Section 4 (Payments & Orders).
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying that a file matches your exact device model and hardware revision before flashing it, whether the file was obtained free or paid for.
• Flashing Risk: Flashing firmware or BIOS files carries an inherent risk of device malfunction. We are not responsible for any damage to your device resulting from the use of files obtained from this Site, regardless of whether the file was free or paid.
• No Warranty on Files: Paid firmware and BIOS files are sold on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that a paid file will resolve any specific issue with your device.

Certain firmware and BIOS dump files are sold on a paid basis. Orders and payments for these files are currently handled manually via WhatsApp rather than through an automated checkout system on the Site.

• Ordering Process: To purchase a paid file, you must contact us on WhatsApp, confirm the specific file and price, and complete payment through the method we specify at that time.
• Delivery: Paid files are delivered electronically (e.g., via WhatsApp or email) after payment is confirmed. Delivery times may vary.
• Accuracy of Order Details: You are responsible for providing accurate device details when ordering. We are not responsible for delivering an incorrect file due to inaccurate information you provided.
• Refunds: Because firmware and BIOS files are digital goods delivered electronically, all sales are final once a file has been delivered, except where required otherwise by applicable law.
• No Guarantee of Fit: We do not guarantee that any paid file is compatible with your specific hardware revision, and we are not liable for device damage or data loss resulting from its use.
• Third-Party Platform: WhatsApp is operated by a third party. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of WhatsApp as a communication or payment channel.

We welcome your feedback. By submitting suggestions or feedback regarding the Site or our content, you agree that we may use, implement, and publish such feedback for any purpose without any obligation to compensate you or provide credit.

As a user of this Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site.
• Attempt to bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site or to paid content.
• Share, resell, or redistribute paid firmware or BIOS files obtained from us without our permission.

Since our Site does not allow for user accounts or content uploads, users are strictly prohibited from attempting to inject code or unauthorized data into our systems.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. You irrevocably consent that the courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
